Return within 14 calendar days to receive full refund (not including). Items received after 14 days will receive a refund of 50% of the purchase cost (not including shipping) and in-store credit for the remaining balance. 

Need a different size? Feel free to exchange your item for a smaller or larger size at no additional cost. Just pay the return shipping and we'll ship the new size back to you for free! 

Purging your wardrobe? Consider donating your old Frankie Lew items to our Women Who Work Program. We put together mini wardrobes for working women in our community who love high fashion, but can't afford to treat themselves to the designers they love.   

We also accept gently used clothing from other brands in decent condition (minor repairs needed but still wearable). 

Don't stress if you don't see your size listed. As a full service fashion house, we can make any of our designs to different specifications. Just place your order and choose "I don't see my size." We'll send you an email with instructions on how to get us accurate measurements.
